What Causes Low Testosterone
Though there does not appear to be any one thing that causes low testosterone, it is a clear and established fact that this is a problem that impacts at least 4 million men.
Some cases of decreased testosterone production are linked to injuries to the hypothalamus, pituitary gland or testicles.
Other cases have been linked to poor dietary choices, lack of exercise, smoking and excessive drinking. These catalysts can also have a bit of a circular effect as well, as the symptoms being suffered may cause a man to become depressed, and succumb to more of the poor lifestyle choices that he made which originally caused the lowered testosterone production in the first place.
